Breaker

Breaker is a simple application that notifies you when it's time to take a break from work.

When you start the program, you have to decide how long you want to work and when you want to take a break. That way, every time you hover the mouse over the status bar icon, a timer lets you know how much time is left.

With a breaker, you'll quickly see how much time you have left until your next break, and more importantly, how much time you have until you have to come back after your break. This is an interesting app for those of us who work on computers every day
