WinMetro
The Metro Desktop is clearly the most important innovation in Windows 8, and while some hate, others have been much affected.
With WinMetro you will be able to try the Metro Desktop without updating your Windows. It works properly in the same way as the original, running from the beginning and background to integrate with your system.
You can access the desktop by clicking on the program icon in the toolbar or in the lower left corner of Windows 8. If you bring the mouse closer to the right of the screen on the traditional desktop, the side bar also appears and you can access it through there.
Once at WinMetro, we will be able to see relevant information like calendar, weather, stock-market and shortcut like our photos, Facebook and Twitter or SkyDrive. A list of our most used programs will appear in the right-hand side.
The application can be configured to open by default when Windows is started, and thus it will look like Windows 8.
This function is likely to be split or split without any need for updates, this is the best way to try Metro Desktop before accepting the lip.
