A CHM help files editor
The CHM editor is the perfect application for you to edit or translate the support files in CHM format.
The CHM editor does not allow you to edit text through the controls of your toolbar, it lets you translate the contents of the file into different languages.
The CHM editor uses Google and Yahoo! translation services. The user must select only the language language and language needed to translate it and it has been translated. However, you have to correct any translate errors through your handover.
This is great, text size can not be changed manually. If you have HTML skills, it will not be difficult to do this because the CHM editor shows you the source code of the help file so that you can change it.
