Scribus
The scripts were originally developed for Linux, and are now a major publishing tool. After becoming a huge hit among users, the latest version is out for Windows and Mac. It is completely free and open source which means that volunteers can work on all types of documents. Thanks to its GPL license and its because it's adapted to the international digital printing standard already for professional projects.
All the tools needed to create layout and professional digital publications are included with wide arrays, which are just as impressive as other paid programs like freehand and quake-capers. Support CMWYYY color, import / export PDF and EPS files, separators, ICC color admin, vector drawing tools, open type font level 1, 2, 3 and more than one ton.
By default, many templates with scripts already allow you to use step-by-step program. Although there are mostly sharp learning curves, it does not mean that it is not accessible to new users for such software. Scrabas are designed to provide a smooth and easy interface, and are available in several different languages.
