DeSmuMe Handheld is one of the best emulators for Nintendo DS Console (and Game Boy Advanced) that lets you find the majority of your DS games to play, to enhance even gaming experience outside of the main console.

The emulator can display both the screens at the console simultaneously. The one associated with the touchscreen can be used with the mouse, while the traditional pad controls can be used with the keyboard or with external USB gamepad.
