The Gold Image Downloader is a tool that lets you automatically download all photos from a specific Twitter account, it's yours or someone else's.

To begin the process, you will need to enter the name of the Twitter that you want to exclude from the pictures, the destination path that you will go to the photo, and the images you have connected to the user, Instagram, or they have created images associated with retweets.

You do not even need a Twitter account. The only barrier to the gold image downloader is that it sets the download limit for the last 3200 tweets created by the user, so if you exceed this limit, you will not be able to get all the images of the user.
