GNU Backgammon is a multi-format, open source, digital version of the classic board game that can learn its rules and compete against a computer or another person.
Its advanced artificial intelligence allows you to measure any kind of player. It even competes for you, dedicated servers like FIBS only, to achieve a significant rank!
GNU Backgammon's interface can be in 2D or 3D, and no choice will affect its performance. The presence of the board on the configuration menu can also be changed.
GNU Backgammon also includes tools for each type of game analysis, as well as a history function that allows you to review your patch made during the game
