Circle Dock

Circle Dock is a free open source application for Windows that lets you open your favorite programs from a notification menu located on your desktop.
You can easily add and delete a program in a menu directory. Also, you can personalize the wheel and every icon including a lot of potential wide variety to adjust the appearance of your desktop.
Also, the Circle Dock includes various animations and effects which will give your new program a launcher a dynamic and modern look.
