CoolPlay is a free multimedia player that is compatible with most DirectShow codecs, with support for file formats including AVI, MPEG, WMV, MP3, DIVX, and XVID.
The thing that this program really stands for is that it is as light as a feather. It doesn't require any installation, so you can bring it with you to a USB drive or memory card. It has the lowest load time and barely consumes any memory.
However, despite its small size, it has all the basic functions that you can expect from a multimedia player: salt for audio, video, playlist, zoom, fullscreen, loops, play speed, etc.
Other functions included in CoolPlayer allow you to bring the player to the forefront by default, an image capture tool and the ability to adjust its interface to suit your needs.
