Hash Tab
A hash is an unambiguous identifier of a file based on various algorithms.
If you need to find out what these codes are for any reason, Hashtab is an application for Windows that lets you search for MD5, SHA1 and CRC-32 hashes for a file.
The program adds a tab to the File Properties window that calculates the various hashes and displays them on the screen.
Don't worry - you don't have to compare hashtags by hand, character by character, because the hashtab includes a function that it does automatically
You can use hashtabs to find out if a file has been downloaded correctly from the Internet, as some websites include file hashes for this purpose.
